Streaming Royalties

Dear song artist/ songwriter/ publisher/ master recording holder,

If you own a Bengali song and would like us to stream it on our radio channel, please contact us. We will pay you a royalty on a revenue-sharing basis for each stream of your song. Please find our terms and conditions below:

1. Our target audience consists of Bengali people living in London, as well as Bengali expatriates worldwide.
2. We will maintain a record of how often your songs are played and calculate your payment at the end of each month. You will receive your payment at the end of each calendar month.
3. At the close of each month, we will calculate our monthly revenue and distribute 50% of the total revenue among third-party content owners. The 50% revenue pool will be divided among all artists whose music is played on this platform. The division will be determined by the ‘share of content,’ which is the number of streams a given artist has on this platform divided by all the streams on this platform.
4. The number of times your songs will be streamed is not fixed; it depends on popularity and listener requests.
5. You can opt out at any time. If you no longer want us to stream your music, please let us know, and we will remove your song from our playlist.
6. Our revenue generation method is through audio advertisements from local businesses. In the future, we may also display ads on the app from third-party ad networks.
